To celebrate our being registered as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO), BDAA held a “Coming of Age” Celebration on 8th July 2016. This was held at Westbury Baptist Church and included speakers (who are living with Dementia), stalls, food and fun. Yes fun! Ask all those who tried Zumba for the first time, or those who experience “Singing for the Brain”. We also celebrated our third birthday and the candles were blown out by Bristol’s Lord Mayor, Jeff Lovell, who also cut the cake.
